Gott Nytt År 2009!
2008 var ett år när det hände mycket på jobbet. Här har jag samlat vad jag kommer bäst ihåg...
Mars
Nytt jobb – vad hände? Ja inte vet jag, men tusans bra känns det. 600 km i veckan i bil, men själen flyger.
April
Ikea – vilken dröm… ett nytt kontor att inreda! Vilken prövning… två viljor, ett gemensamt kontor! Vi klarade testet. Efter 14 timmar i bil (varav 7 i snöstorm) och fem timmar fulla av kompromisser på Ikea visste vi att det här blir nog bra.
Maj
Switch –Stål, betong, möteslokal på femte våningen, konstverk och en konstnär. Tack för att jag fick titta på.
Juni
Malmen – Gammalt trähus, ostsmörgåsar, barn som kryper på golvet, diskussioner om företagande i alla dess former, skratt och fundersamma miner. Vad bra det kändes. Jag visste jag var på rätt plats.
September
Core –att jag aldrig tidigare tänkt på mig själv som en kriminell handling eller som en tid på dygnet. På mitt kontor står nu en tavla där jag visualiserat mina drömmar. Jag tittar på den ofta och vet att många av dem kommer att lyckas.
Oktober
Kreatörer – oktober var entreprenörscoachningens månad. Varje vecka fick vi ta del av era tankar och idéer. Tänk att en så relativt liten grupp människor kan ha så många olika idéer!
November
Hops! – plötsligt stod vi där och oroade oss över leveransvillkor, kundtillströmning och annonser. Bekymmer och glädje hand i hand. Men å vad roligt att se konkreta resultat!
December
Trött, trött, trött – mörkt. Åkte på inspirationsresa till Göteborg och Stockholm. Märkte att idéerna dök upp, men orken fattades. Det enda min hjärna kunde fokusera på var vem som vann i ”Bonde söker fru”. Men jag vet att ett nytt år – då tusan!
